NICE TRY MAMA is the new compilation album from Philadelphia-based folk and bluegrass band NOGGIN HILL. With this follow up to their 2020 release "I Did What Daddy Done Did", Noggin delves into their rich, eclectic bag of songs and styles. You'll hear Spanish classical guitar repertoire (Recuerdos), Cajun music (Gubmo Waltz), Hawaiian steel music (Kohala March), and some of our favorite old-time and bluegrass tunes - all run through the Noggin folk-machine and tested for authenticity and timelessness.
